AdCreative is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to create advertising content including videos, banners, and marketing campaigns for social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Prices are listed on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Credits do not roll over between billing periods unless purchased as recharges.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. Content generated by the AI using your materials is owned by you. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Sheets, and Stripe. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms of service of those platforms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to advertising campaign performance or results.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
